2. Service Description

AuthUser provides an age verification system that combines:

  • Adult-to-adult validation via SMS code
  • Verification of official identity documents
  • Liveness proof through real-time facial detection
  • Anti-fraud systems and deepfake detection

The Service is designed to comply with child protection regulations and age restrictions in digital content, e-commerce, and entertainment.

3. Eligibility Requirements

4. User Obligations

  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

5. Verification Process

AuthUser reserves the right to:

  • Maintain verification records as required by applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are property of AuthUser or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AuthUser provides the Service "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by third parties based on verification results

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AuthUser, its employees, directors, agents, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) violation of these Terms; (c) violation of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights; (d) false or fraudulent information provided during verification.

9. Pricing and Billing (For Business Clients)

Service pricing is established in the specific commercial agreement with each business client.

  • Payments must be made according to agreed terms
  • We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice
  • Overdue payments may result in service suspension
  • All amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity or manipulation attempt
  • Non-payment of service fees
  • User request
  • Legal or regulatory requirement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
